    We loved the hotel's location in this city, surrounded by local cafes and mini markets. The breakfast provided was pretty good with a decent variety and the staff was courteous and helpful. The cleanliness of the spacious rooms was commendable and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.

    Don't have any issues at all.

    We loved this hotel. Planned to see Banda Aceh major attractions and it was perfect place for visiting all of them. Most of the time food was great especially during the buffet breakfast. The service was outstanding too.

    It was a very clean room with a pleasant air conditioning. The view was beautiful and the staff friendly.

    The Wlan was very bad. The breakfast buffet was for a 5 star Hotrl and this price was also rather poor. There was also no 24h room service however this was advertised.

    This hotel is located in a great spot close to La Piazza restaurant and within easy reach of all the islands surrounding ACEH. the rooms are spacious with big beds and excellent views over the city. the staff are wonderful and provide an extremely helpful service, making for a truly relaxing stay. the breakfast buffet is extensive, with a range of dishes to suit all tastes.

    The hotel's decor is a little dated compared to other newer hotels in the region.

    That you have to bathe in shorts and a T-shirt because of the Sharia.

    Great stay for xmas! the breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of western and local options. the central location was very convenient, close to shops and restaurants. the pool was refreshing and clean, with comfortable sun loungers.

    The hotel could use some renovations, especially in the bathrooms. the shower head was a bit old and had weak water pressure.

    The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and the coffee was great. The gym equipment was new and the pool was a decent size. The hotel was within walking distance to a convenience store and some local food stalls.

    The room was old and musty, the sheets were stained and the pillows had a weird smell. The bathroom was not well-maintained and there were no towels when we arrived.

    A luxurious experience awaits at this hotel with exclusive amenities such as a Spa & Wellness Centre, outdoor swimming pool, beauty treatments, and sun terrace. the service is exceptional with friendly staff always ready to assist. the private facilities offer an intimate and peaceful stay. the restaurant serves delicious food with in-room breakfast available. the location is perfect for exploring the city with tourist sites nearby.

    The only minor issue we had was the karaoke session that took place in the bar area which was located near our room.

    The hotel's beautiful pool, gym, and spa are excellent and the masseuse, Hilda, gave an excellent massage. The breakfast, although more focused on Indonesian tastes, had a good variety of options. The location is convenient with many nearby restaurants. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the upgrade to a junior suite was a pleasant surprise.
